Exercising the Inner Man

Recently, I have been conscious of the time I spend exercising this physical frame of mine versus the time I spend exercising my spirit man.  45 minutes in the morning with my “Six Systems” circulation exercises involving 36 movements intended for all 6 systems of the human body apparently:
